Yes — many physician borrowers shop AZ homes remotely. Mike pre-qualifies before you arrive, walks you through video tours with AZ realtors, closes electronically.
Are initial conversations actually free?
Yes. Mike does not charge for initial consultations, pre-qualification, or general questions. Costs only come in if/when you formally apply for a loan.

3 months before residency start. Get pre-qualified before matching. Once you have your match, we move fast.
